Roland Sawyer

Pvt. Roladn Sawyer is now stationed at Fort Lewis, Wash. He is 24 years of age and has been in the army since June 27, 1941. He was first stationed at Camp Roberts, Calif. Roland is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Sawyer of near Prophetstown.

He attended Hooppole and Annawan schools. He was employed as a truck driver for Howard Newton at Hooppole.
