James E. Kelly

James E. Kelly is a son of Nellie Kelly of Morrison. He was born at Tampico, January 7, 1924, and attended Maple Hill school and later the Tampico high school. He joined the navy Feb. 25, 1941. He is aboard the U. S. S. Althena, where he may be addressed, care of the postmaster, New York city, N.Y.
