Carolyn Avery Tuesday, July 1, 2008 8:26 AM CDT PROPHETSTOWN — Carolyn L. Avery, 92, formerly of Rock Falls and Tampico, died Monday, June 30, 2008, at Prophets Good Samaritan Center in Prophetstown. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Garland Funeral Home, Tampico, with the Rev. Rod Dye, pastor of Erie United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Tampico Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be one-half hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
