At 38 years of age John became the father of Abner Darnell 1788.

Jonathan was born in Wilkes, NC April 1776. Jonathan died 1820 at 44 years of age.

2 Benjamin Darnell
Benjamin was born in Wilkes, NC May 6, 1780. He married Fannie Viars May 23, 1802. He married Temperance Potter Illinois, July 5, 1849. At 71 years of age Benjamin became the father of Joseph Lonsome Darnell Kendall Co., IL, January 12, 1852. Benjamin died June 16, 1861 at 81 years of age.

At 24 years of age Joseph became the father of Loren Darnell 1876. At 26 years of age Joseph became the father of Claude H. Darnell 1878. At 28 years of age Joseph became the father of Leroy Joseph Darnell 1880. At 33 years of age Joseph became the father of Earl Darnell 1885. At 35 years of age Joseph became the father of Bessie Darnell 1887. At 35 years of age Joseph became the father of Harold "Harry" D. Darnell 1887. At 42 years of age Joseph became the father of Clarence E. Darnell in Sandwich, Dekalb Co., IL, January 1894. At 46 years of age Joseph became the father of Iona Darnell Illinois, 1898. Joseph died February 7, 1926 Tampico, IL, at 74 years of age.

4 Myrtle May Darnell
Myrtle was born Illinois 1875. She married Bert J. Stewart Whiteside Co., IL, September 23, 1897. Myrtle died 1954 Tampico, IL, at 79 years of age.

Loren died Michigan. Loren was born 1876. He resided in Stanton, MI December 13, 1917.
