DAVID RAY WARREN
Prophetstown: - David Ray Warren, newborn, of 221 Lyndon Rd., Prophetstown, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 1996, at Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood.
Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Friday at the Fox Valley Presbyterian Church, Geneva, with funeral services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Leon United Methodist Church, Prophetstown. Burial will be at Leon Cemetery, Prophetstown. Arrangements were completed by Gardner Funeral Home, Prophetstown.
David was born Jan. 2, 1996, at Loyala University Medical Center, Maywood, the son of Bill and Mary (Nolan) Warren.
Survivors include his parents, three brothers, Bo Warren, Michael Warren, and James Warren, all at home; maternal grandfather, Edward Nolan of Brooklyn, N.Y.; paternal grandmother, Sue Warren of Batavia; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
