NELLIE LaDUE
Nellie LaDue Dies Thursday
Prophetstown: - Mrs. Nellie LaDue, 88, died Thursday night at Prophets Riverview Center where she had been a resident for 11 months.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Gardner Chapel with Pastor Marshall Esty officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Prophetstown. Friends may call at the Gardner Chapel from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. Memorials may be made to the Prophets Riverview Center.
Mrs. LaDue was born oct. 19, 1886 in Yorktown, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Hunter. She married Lewis LaDue in Tampico Oct. 23, 1907. She was a resident of the Prophetstown community, except for 17 years when she lived in Canada.
Survivors include one son, Howard of Prophetstown; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her husband, one daughter, one sister, two brothers and one granddaughter.
