Mrs. Sadie E. Davis Rites On Sunday
 
Tampico: - Mrs. Sadie Elizabeth Davis, 84, of Tampico, died Thursday afternoon at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton, following a lengthy illness.
 Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the United Methodist Church in Tampico, with the Rev. Raymond Good, officiating.  Burial will be in Tampico Memorial Cemetery.
 Friends may call at the Schmitt Funeral Chapel in Tampico after 2 p.m. on Saturday and a memorial has been established.
 Mrs. Davis was born on Aug. 31, 1885, in Hume Township, the daughter of Aaron and Mary Wetzell Pope.  She received her education in Tampico schools and married H. Lee Davis on May 20, 1908 at Tampico.
 She lived in the Tampico vicinity all of her life and was a member of the Tampico United Methodist Church, the Morning Star OES of Tampico and the Royal Neighbors.
 She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Vernon (Myrtle) Denison of Tampico; one son, Arthur of Tampico; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
 Mrs. Davis is preceded by her parents, her husband in 1931, one son in infancy and three brothers.
