Olga R. Sandrock Succumbs Friday
 
Tampico: - Olga R. Sandrock, 83, passed away Friday morning at the Prophets River Center, Prophetstown after an illness of some time.
 
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Yorktown, the Rev. Emil Blobaum officiating, with burial in Yorktown Cemetery.
 
Friends may call at the Schmitt Chapel after 2 p.m. today (Saturday).
 
Olga Sandrock was born Dec. 26, 1885 in Bureau County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore J. Berge. She was educated in Center School of Fairfield Township. She married George Sandrock on Feb. 20, 1907 and has lived in Tampico all her lilfe. She was a lifetime member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Yorktown; a social member of the Royal Neighbors and a member of ALCW of the Yorktown church.
 
She is survived by one son, Harry Sandrock of Yorktown; seven granchildren, 13 great grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Henry Brandau of Yorktown and several nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded by her parents, husband George in 1950; one daughter, Irene and two sisters and one brother.
