WILBUR  YONK  

Wilbur Yonk Is Called Beyond - Son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Yonk Succumbs Saturday 

Prophetstown: - Wilbur Yonk, aged 12, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Yonk, of near Yorktown died at 4:15 o'clock Saturday afternoon, after an illlness of ten days.  He was born near Yorktown on June 14, 1920, and lived there all of his life.  Besides his parents, he leaves one sister, Loretta, age 10, and one brother, Lawrence, aged three. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the home and at 2:30 in the Yorktown Lutheran Church.  Rev. Dorman of Sterling will officiate.  Burial will be in the Yorktown Cemetery.
