Prophetstown: - Francis M. Allen, 57, of 110 Douglas St., Prophetstown, died Wednesday evening at Morrison Community Hospital.  Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church, Prophetstown, with the Rev. L. S. Anderson, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Prophetstown.  Visitation is from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Gardner Chapel, Prophetstown.  Memorials may be made to the church or to the Morrison Community Hospital.

Mr. Allen is survived by his wife, Jean; three daughters, Mrs. Charles (Beverly) Martens of Erie, Mrs. Gene (Carol) VanDeWostine of Prophetstown and Mrs. Ronald (Paula) Musick of Rock Falls; eight grandchildren and one sister, Dorothy Brandt of Grand Detour.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
