Herbert Van De Velde Dies In Canada

Tampico: -  Herbert Van De Velde, 59, of Kindersley, Sask., Canada died suddenly June 13.  He was born Aug. 25, 1909 in Atkinson, the son of Bernard and Emma Pakuer Van De Velde.  In 1930 he was married to Josephine Winchell in Tampico.

He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Mrs. Patricia Layton and Mrs. Judith Pearson, six grandchildren all of Kindersley, Sask., his mother Mrs. Emma Van De Velde of Annawan, three sisters, Mrs. Rose Powers of Harmon; Mrs. Mary Jean Egert of Prophetstown; Mrs. Jo Ann Doty of Tampico; three brothers, Alois and Lawrence of Propehtstown, and Clarence of Polo.

He was preceded in death by his father, a sister and brother.  Funeral arrangements are pending in Kindersley, Sask.
