Walnut: - Mrs. John (Cora) Braasch of Walnut died Sunday at Perry Memorial Hospital after being admitted Saturday afternoon. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ross Funeral Home, Walnut. Interment will be in the Walnut Cemetery. VIsitation will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Mrs. Braasch was born near Walnut on Sept. 9, 1895. She married John Braasch on April 22, 1915. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. V. Francis (Gertrude) Johnson of Tampico, Mrs. Arthur (Carol) French of Kirkland, Mrs. Sherman (Shirley) Pebe of Arizona and Lois at home; one brother, Arthur Holz of Syracuse, NY; 17 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents; her husband John; one son Herbert; one grandchild; four great grandchildren; two sisters and one brother. Mrs. Braasch made her home with her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Herbert Braasch for the last seven years.
