Sue Zann Adams, age 69, of Prophetstown, IL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Good Samaritan Society - Prophets Riverview Home. Sue was born on April 26, 1948, in Prophetstown, IL, to Robert and Mary Louise (Martin) Hummel. She married William Adams on December 10, 1965, in Tampico, IL. He preceded her in death on July 4, 1969. 


Sue is survived by three children, Bliss (Jim) Naftzger of Prophetstown, IL, Wendy (Dan) Good of Lacon, IL, and Christopher Adams of Rock Falls, IL, seven grandchildren, Megan (Jon) Mix of Prophetstown, IL, Blake (Korin) Davis of Prophetstown, IL, Adam Naftzger of St. Louis, MO, Zayne Naftzger of Prophetstown, IL, Jon (Shanna) Good of Ellabell, GA, Jesse Good of Savannah, GA, Blaine (Tiffany) Adams of Prophetstown, IL, and ten great-grandchildren; as well as two brothers, Wiley (Becky) Hummel of Geneseo, IL and Louis (Betty) Hummel of Prophetstown, IL and two sisters, Vicki (Bill) Moore of St. Petersburg, FL and Nann (David) Johnson of Nashville, TN. Preceding her in death were her parents; three brothers, Robert Hummel, Richard Hummel and Elwood (Woody) Hummel; as well as her treasured aunt and uncle, Gladys and Forrest Linder. 


Cremation rites have been accorded. In keeping with the wishes of the decedent, there will be no funeral services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude or Children's Miracle Network.
