Fay L. HOWE

Mr. Fay L HOWE, 69, passed away Friday afternoon at the Prophets Riverview Center. Services were held Monday at the Gardner Chapel with Jim WISEHART, Administrator of the Prophets Riverview Good Samaritan Center, officiating. Pall bearers were David ROMAN, John KIEFER, Kelly O'BRIEN, Kevin O'BRIEN, Joel HOWE Gerald O'BRIEN. Burial was in T.O.O.F. Cemetery, Rock Falls.

Fay Leroy HOWE was born December 22, 1911 in  Mt. Morency Townshp, the son of Roy and Gertrude (FRANK) HOWE. He was educated in the Rock Falls schools. He moved to Prophetstown in 1960 and lived in the Prophetstown Erie area until his death. He is survvived by one daughter, rs. David (Chirstina) SMITH, Atkinson, seven brother, Donald HOWE, Walnut; William HOWE, Rock Falls; Robert HOWE, Columbia, S. C.; Russell HOWE, Palacious, Texas; Theodor HOWE, Chattanooga, Tenn.; Calvin HOWE, Grand Rapids, Mich.; and John HOWE, Elviria, Ia.; and six sisters: Msrs. Gerald (Marjorie) MCGINN, Sterling; Mrs. John (Madolyn) KIEFER, Sterling; Mrs. Evelyn MURPHY, Sterling; Mrs. John (Mary June) MCKINLEY, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. Ronald (JoAnn) DeBRUINE, Havanna, Ill.; and Mrs. Fred (Lynette) FLOWERS, Chicago, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
