She was born in Tampico and later moved to Yakima. She married James Maxwell in 1943, and they spent most of their lives in Tieton, where she worked in various fruit warehouses. He died in 2001. Survivors include a sister Marion (Clarence) Thompson of Tampico; a number of nieces and nephews and one great-great nephew, Hunter Vickers. At her request, there will be no services. Burial will be at West Hills Memorial Park. Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home is handling arrangements
