MARK WRIGHT

Mark Wright Passes Away On Saturday
 
Walnut: - Mark Wright, 87, retired farmer, died at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Princeton hospital after an extended illness.
 
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Ross funeral home in Walnut.  The Rev. E. V. Hallock, pastor of the Christian church will officiate.  Burial will be in the Walnut cemetery.
 
He was born Sept. 22, 1865, in Greenville township, Bureau county, the son of Moses and Lucy Newton Wright.  On Feb. 21, 1893, he was married to Louie Montgomery. They lived in Greenville township until they retired from farming and bought a home in Walnut in 1926.  Mrs. Wright passed away in 1948.
 
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Harold Hayden of Route 1, Walnut; two sons, Elmer of Walnut and Albert of Tampico;  seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and two brothers, Wash of New Bedford and Albert of St. Charles.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband Mrcus Lyon;  her paretns; two children in infancy; three brothers, Christian, Albert and Stephen;  and a sister, Mrs. Anna Pump.
