PROPHETSTOWN - Alice M. Pratt, 90 of Prophetstown died Sunday November 18, 2007 at the Prophets River View Good Samaritan Center. She was born on January 14, 1917 in Rock Falls the daughter of Charles and Effie (Newman) Castle. She married Everett Pratt on April 28, 1934. He died December 25, 1993. Alice enjoyed reading, painting china and camping. Surviving is her son, Lester (Anita) Pratt of Prophetstown; four grandchildren: Terry Pratt, Cynthia Pratt, Todd Pratt and Tim Pratt; nine great grandchildren: Jim, Joe, David, Andy, Kelly, Sean, Trevor, Morgan and Hailey. She was preceded in death by her husband; one son Donald Pratt and one great grandson Christopher. Funeral services will be Friday November 23, 2007 at 11 AM in the Prophetstown United Methodist Church in Prophetstown, IL with the Reverend Insun Yoon, pastor officiating. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park, Sterling. Visitation is Friday from 10 -11 AM at the church. Arrangements were completed by the McDonald Funeral Home, Prophetstown.
