CARL CARLSON
Prophetstown: - Funeral services for Carl Carlson, age 82, who passed away Tuesday, June 10, were held Friday, at the Gardner Chapel.
The Rev. L. S. Anderson of the First Lutheran Church officiated for the services which were held at 1:30 in the afternoon. Richard Sprague, pastor of the Church of Christ and Mrs. Sprague served as the soloists with Mrs. Lyle Dingman playing the chapel organ.
Grand nephews of the late Carl Carlson were the pallbearers and were: Conrad Countryman, Neil Fotzler, Lyle Fotzler, Robert Newman, John Larson and Dean Wagner. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery.
In charge of the lovely floral tributes were: Mrs. Harold Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Teach and Hill Crest Greenhouse.
