Mrs. Nannie Gibson, Prophetstown, Dies
 
Prophetstown: - Mrs. Nannie, Anton Gibson, 72, died Sunday morning at her home, 102 E. 2nd St., in Prophetstown.
 
Mrs. Elizabeth Nannie Anton Gibson was born July 30, 1890, the daughter of Gustaf and Emma Johnson Ackeberg, in Prophetstown. She attended the Riverside School, living in Prophetstown all her life, residing at her last residence for the past 20 years. She married Anton Gibson on Dec. 31, 1912, in Morrison. She was an active member of the OES and the First Lutheran Church.
 
Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Mrs Charles (Irene) Emery and Mrs. Eldon (Gene) Blair, Prophetstown; two brothers, Arthur Ackeberg, Prophetstown, and Claude Ackeberg, Lyndon; two sisters, Mrs. Saide Plumbly and Mrs. Norman (Mildred) Swanson, Prophetstown; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
 
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the First Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Lawrence Anderson, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
 
Friends may call at the Gardner Funeral Chapel this afternoon and evening.
 
A memorial is being established in her name for the First Lutheran Church.
