COUPLE PLIGHT MARRIAGE VOWS
Bernadine Pierce Weds Kenneth Glassburn

Tampico - Miss Bernadine Pierce, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank [sic] Pierce of New Bedford, and Kenneth Glassburn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Glassburn, of Tampico surprised their friends in Tampico and vicinity by being quietly married while in Chicago Thursday. They returned to Tampico Friday afternoon.

Mrs. Glassburn is well known in this community, having lived here for a while and has visited here on several occasions. The groom was graduated from the Tampico high chool with the class of 1927 and also attended the University of Illinois for two years. He will continue to work for his father in the dairy business.

They will make their home in the Swanson house on north Main Street. Tampico friends and relatives extend congratulations and best wishes to them.
