Yorkown - John E. Gudgell has just proured the concrete foundation for a new private garage on the lots which he purchased some time ago. This garage will be built of hollow tile with a face brick veneer. As soon as this is complete Mr. Gudgell expects to erect a one and a half story house or bungalow 28x32 feet, which will also be built with a brick veneer outside of hollow tile. It will be one of the best dwellings in this vicinity.
