IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF PETER A. McMILLAN, DECEASED

IN THE COUNTY COURT OF WHITESIDE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, IN PROBATE, . . . . .

A. Verified Petition of Mildred I. Corlett filed in said court October 29, 1945 sets forth that Peter. A. McMillan, a resident of the Village of Tampico, Whiteside County, Illinois died testate on October 8, 1945.

That the approximate value of the real and personal estate of the Testator in this State is as follows:

Personal Estate not to exceed in value $5,000.00
Real Estate not to exceed in value       $40,000.00

That the names and Post Office addresses of all of the Testator's heirs, devisees and legatees are as follows:

I hereby bequeath and devise all of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and personal, to my beloved daughter, Mildred I. Corlett, unmarried, for the term of her natural life or until she remarries, with full power to sell, exchange, mortgage, invest and re-invest as much thereof as she shall deem necessary for her support and comfort and for the support, comfort and education of my grandchild or grandchildren.

Upon the death or re-marriage of my said daughter, Mildred I. Corlett, I hereby bequeath and devise all of the property, real and personal, then remaining to my niece, Helen McMillan, as Trustee, in Trust for the following uses and purposes, to-wit: . . . . .
