Ed ROUSE, who works for John PLUMLEY north west of Tampico sustained a broken leg in a runaway last week Saturday. He was on the seat of a lumber wagon and attempted to raise an umbrella in a strong wind. The umbrella turned insided out and he was blown off the hight seat which tumbled after him nto the horses gelow. This caused them to run away and Mr. ROUSE had a small bone in his leg broken. No damage was done to the harness, wagon or horses.
