I am trying to find anything you might have on a Joel Black and his wife Sarah. They had two children Felix and Lottie. I had found them on time many years ago in about the 1870 or 1860 census but have since lost the information. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Jill Olson

I forgot to put the fact down that they were from Tampico, Whiteside Co. Doesn't help anyone if I don't put more information down. Thanks, Jill
