Ronald Reagan and Ethel Parent

Submitted by Richard Passage Ethel was Ronald Reagan's babysitter. This photo taken in late 1940's.

(Note: Ronald Reagan was in Tampico in 1950. He was in the Homecoming parade and also gave a speech outside - corner of Market & Main St. I suspect that is when this photo was taken. They were good friends with the Parents and Ethel use to babysit!)
