Glenn W. Meek

Glenn W. Meek, A.M.M. 1st Class, age 30, is son of Mrs. Tena Meek, Tampico, Ill. He attended Tampico grade and high schools. He enlisted in the navy at the age of 19, graduated from Great Lakes naval training station in December, 1920, and from there was sent to San Diego, Calif, naval station. Later he was transferred to a war vessel for the balance of four year enlistment. He was also stationed at Pensacola, Fla. naval air station for four years. He is now on his 12th year in navy service and is stationed at Pearl Harbor. T. H. where he and his family have been residing for the past three years.
