WILLIS HEIDENREICH

 

Willis Heidenreich Succumbs Sunday

 

Walnut: - Willis Heidenreich, 44, rural Walnut, died Sunday morning at Veteran's Hospital, Iowa City, Iowa, after an extended illness.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ross Funeral home, Walnut, with Dr. Eugene Spradling of the First Christian Church officiating.  Burial will be in the Walnut Cemetery. Visitatiion will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.  A memorial fund has been established.

 

Willis Heidenreich was born O

ct. 21, 1932 in Walnut, the son of Albert and Thelma Heidenreich.  He was educated in Walnut schools, was a veteran of the Korean War and later farmed.  He married Roberta Lund of Kasbeer on Sept. 7, 1952 in Walnut.

 

Survivors include his widow; one daughter Debra and one son Don, both at home;  one brother Arthur Heidenreich of Walnut;  two sisters, Mrs. Bernadine Lee of Streator and Mrs. Ada Osborne of Streamwood;  two half-brothers, Chris Heidenreich, of Houston, Tex., and Robert Fox of Rock Island;  one half-sister, Mrs.. Loretta Wesclott of Rockford.

 

He was preceded by his parents and three brothers.
