GEORGE  B.  CASKEY

 

George B. Caskey Rites Held Monday

 

George B. Caskey, 67 Northfield, formerly of Sterling and Morrison, died Nov. 7, in St. Francis Hospital, Evanston.  Graveside services with the Rev. John Highland officiating, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Cemetery.

 

George G. Caskey was born in Tampico in 1902 and married the former Jeanette Rice in Sterling, June 14, 1930. He was retired superintendent of the Winnetka Park District, Winnetka where he had served from April, 1937, to December 1967.

 

Surviving in addition to his widow are a daughter, Mrs. Delmar Weeden, Wisconsin; two sons, Allen, Glennview and John, Grand Rapids, Mich., two sisters, Mrs. Heyward Alldritt, Morrison; Mrs. Coe Gaulrapp, Tampico; a brother, Edward, Morrison, and four grandchildren. 

 

The family has requested memorials be made in lieu of flowers to the Winnetka Park District, Winnetka.
