Rites Conducted For Gllenn Goodell, 69
Prophetstown: - Funeral services for Glenn Goodell, age 69, who passed away Wednesday at Rochester, Minn., were held at the Leon Methodist Church Saturday, Dec. 30, at one-thirty in the afternoon.
The Rev. Preston Woods officiated for the services with Mrs. Roy Goembel serving as the organist and Jim Duling as the solist.
Serving as pallbearers were Francis Norway, Raymond Lindskog, Phillip Oetzel, Paul Lane, Loren Matthews and Ralph Winkler. Committal was in the Leon Cemetery.
In charge of the beautiful floral tributes were Mrs. Ray Winkler, Mrs. Ray Lindskog, Mrs. Philip Oetzel, Mrs. Paul Lane and the Hill Crest Greehouse.
A memorial has also been established in the late Glenn Goodell name for the Leon Methodist Church.
