LAWRENCE (Dewey)  M.  ADAMS

 

Tampico: - Lawrence (Dewey M. Adams, died Saturday, Aug. 21, in Tucson, Ariz.  According to his wish the body was cremated.

 

Lawrence Adams was born in Tampico on Dec. 19, 1903, the son of James and Mary Adams.  He received his schooling in Tampico and made his home there for many years.  He married Charline Shirley while living in Tampico.  He had also resided in Sterling.  Due to ill health he was sent to Arizona and has lived in a nursing home there for the last 11 years.

 

Surviving are his son, Donald Adams of Seymour, Ind., six grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Kenneth (Marjorie) Uphoff of Benson and Mrs. Earl (Blanche) Widder of Morrison. 

 

His parents, two sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
