Anna Mae Casson

Anna Mae Casson, 82, Prophetstown, died Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2002, at CGH Medical Center, Sterling.

Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at First Congregational Church, Prophetstown, where she was a memmber. Visitation is 9:30 a.m. to services. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery. Arrangements are by Gibson & Son, Prophetstown.

She was born June 15, 1920, in rural Prophetstown the daughter of Jesse and Elizabeth Racke Oetzel. She married Clifford Casson in Alexandria, Ky. He died in 1987.

She was a member of Order of Eastern Star, Prophetstown.

Survivors (and spouses) are her daughter, Betty (Fred) Glassburn, Tampico, Ill.; son, James (Connie), Prophetstown; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; and a sister, Elsie Lysell, Mechanicsville, Iowa.
