Ralph Glassburn Of Tampico Dies
 
Ralph LeRoy Glassburn, lifelong resident of Tampico and real estate dealer there the past 20 years passed away at 7:50 a.m. Thursday in the Home Hospital.  He had been ill for the past two years and was hospitalized since Monday.
 
The body was removed to the Parent Funeral Chapel, Tampico, where funeral rites will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday (CST).  Burial will be in Tampico Memorial Cemetery.
 
Mr. Glassburn was born July 9, 1885, near Tampico, the son of John P. and Mary Ferris Glassburn.  On Oct. 4, 1905, he was united in marriage to Georgia LaDue. To this union were born three daughters and one son.  Mrs. Glassburn passed away in 1936, and in 1945,  Mr. Glassburn married Ethel A. Sullins.
 
Surviving are the widow and three daughters, Miss Vida Glassburn of Riverview, Miss Marianne Glassburn of Shore Acres and Mrs. Gordon (Harriette) Garland of Tampico.  The son, Ronald LaDue Glassburn, passed away in 1921.  Mr. Glassburn also leaves two granddaughters, Georgianne and Mary Sue Garland of Tampico.
 
Mr. Glassburn was the last of his family, his parents and four brothers having preceded him in death.
