FRANCES  MAXINE  (Satterfield)   KLOCKENGA 

Mrs. Klockenga Dies Wednesday 

Tampico: - Mrs. Theodore (Frances) Klockenga, 55, rural Tampico died unexpectedly Wednesday morning at Morrison Community Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Leon United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dick Mayer officiating. Burial will be in the Leon Cemetery. Friends may visit the Gardner Chapel from 7-9 p.m. Friday.  Memorials may be directed to the Leon United Methodist Church. 

Frances Maxine Satterfield was born March 4, 1919 at Normal, the daughter of Bert and Beulah Patton Satterfield. She was a graduate of Tampico High School. She married Theodore Klockenga of Tampico in Iowa on Feb. 3, 1940 and they resided in the Prophetstown -Tampico area since 1962.  She was a member of the Leon Methodist Church. 

Survivors include her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Karen) Warren, Washington, D.C.;  Mrs. Alex (Connie) DeVerdi, Rockford;  two sons, Bruce, Galesburg;  Terry, Tampico;  10 grandchildren;  two sisters, Mrs. Arnold (Virginia) Annawan; and Mrs. Leamon (Mary Nelle) Hill, Prophetstown.
