FRANK  W  EADES 

Frank W. Eades, Prophetstown, Dies 

Prophetstown: - Frank W. Eades, 94, Prophetstown, died early Sunday morning at Morrison Community Hospital after being in failing health for some time. 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Lyndon Congregational Church, with Rev. Daniel Boxwell officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.  Friends may visit the Gardner Chapel, Prophetstown, Monday from 7-9 p.m.   A memorial has been established in his memory. 

Frank W. Eades was born June 28, 187, at Garden Plain, the son of John Hardin and Phoebe Jordan Eades.  He was educated in Garden Plain. He married Nellie Mae Allen of Lyndon on Dec. 21, 1904, at Lyndon. They farmed for 40 years north of Lyndon and moved to Prophetstown in 1947.  He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge of Prophetstown and a member of the Lyndon Congregational Church. 

Survivors included two daughters, Mrs. Claude (Mildren) Weberg, Prophetstown, and Mrs. Frank (Marian) Hiland, Lyndon, and three grandchildren.  

He was preceded in death by his wife, three brothers, and one sister.
