MARY  (Leiinger)  WIRTH  LAUFF

Mrs. Mary Lauff, 86, Passes Away Today

Mr. Mary Wirth Lauff, 86, passed away early Saturday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bernard Droste, 1008 11th Ave., Rock Falls. The body was removed to the Grennan and Son Funeral Home where friends may call any time Sunday.  She was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society and members will recite the rosary at 8 p.m Sunday.  Funeral services will be a 9 a.m. Monday in the funeral home and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Andrew's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Tampico.

She was born Nov. 2, 1876, in Lorraine Township, Henry County, the daughter of the late Frank and Eva Leiinger.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Bernard (Catherine) Droste, Rock Falls; Mrs. Lawrence (Margaret) Aldrich, Sterling, and Mrs. Harold (Mary Ann) Rebert, Tampico;  one brother, John Leiinger, Albert Lea, Minn.;  three sisters, Mrs. Rose Baldus, Story City, Ia.; Mrs. Roman Hommel, Medford, Wis., and Mrs. Elizabeth Adams, Geneseo;  14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.

She was preceded by her husband, one daughter, Sister Kathleen (Genevieve) Wirth, and a son, Adam Wirth.
