MARJORIE  (Cashman)  STUFF  -  94, of Green Bay, Wis., formerly of Polo, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 1999. 

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Polo. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Dixon. Arrangements were completed by Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Dixon.  A memorial has been established to St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church memorial fund and Polo Community School Foundation.

 

Mrs. Stuff was born April 12, 1905, in Ogle County, the daughter of William and Melissa (Haugh) Cashman. She married Ralph Stuff on Oct. 2, 1924. He died in September 1986. She and her husband farmed in Ogle County until retiring in 1978. She was a charter member of the Ogle County Chapter of the University of Illinois Home Extension program. She was also a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Polo, and Halcyon Literary Club and the PEO.

 

Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Stuff, M.D. of Bonduel, Wis.;  three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant sister and two brothers.
