Prophetstown:  The body of Mrs. William Luning, 76, who died Sunday following an auto accident near Thomasville, Ga., will be brought to the Gardner Funeral Home, where funeral arrangements will be complete.

Mr. and Mrs. Luning were returning early Sunday morning, to their home in Prophetstown after spending the winter in their trailer home in Florida, when the car driven by Luning went out of control.  They were former Erie residents.

Luning received a broken leg below the knee and Mrs. Luning, who had been hospitalized for several weeks during the winter, died a few hours later.
