Shirley June Randolph, 80, of Tampico, died Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at her home. She was a machinist at Boiltex in Aurora for several years.

Born August 4, 1932 in Brooklyn, Michigan, she was a daughter of James J. and Ethel (Ringler) Gilbert. She married Henry "Burt"Randolph in 1951 and he died July 23, 1969.

Surviving are her daughters, Cecelia "Ceil" Weeden of Tampico and Sheila Felix of Sandwich; her sisters, Rachel Nelson of Montgomery, Ill., Nellie Sherrod of Arkansas and Mary Chapman of Elgin; 5 grandchildren, Stephanie Dix, Scott Felix, Michael Felix, Zachary Dix and Daniel Weeden; and 12 great grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by five brothers, a sister and a daughter, Cynthia Dix.

Cremation rites have been accorded and private services will be at a later date in Jackson, Michigan. Arrangements were completed by McDonald Funeral Home and Crematory in Rock Falls. To send condolences visit www.mcdonaldfuneralhomes.com
