Joe CONNELLY is Dead

Joe CONNELLY died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Lizzie CUNNINGHAM at Deer Grove Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Death was resulted from dropsy with which he was sick for some time.

The funeral sercies were held at St. Mary's church in Sterling Thursday morning, the cortege leaving Deer Grove about 10 o'clock.

The deceased was born in England about thiry-nine years ago and had resided in Deer Grove for a number of years with his sister. He leaves a father, two brothers and a sister to mourn his loss. He was well liked and of a genial disposition and will be missed by his many friends and relatives.
