PIONEER RESIDENT PASSES AWAY

Death of Emmitt A. Hogeboom Occurs At New Bedford onMonday Evening

Emmitt A. HOGEBOOM, a well-known resident of New Bedford passed away on Monday evening at 11:20 o'clock at hishome in that place. For some time past he has had kidney trouble and been in poor health but had passed his 75th birthday. He leaves his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Ina BURKEY of New Bedford, Mrs. E. M. PETERSON of Princeton, two sisters, Mrs. Jennie DRAPER and Mrs. Albert McKENZIE of New Bedford and one brother, Byron HOGEBOOM of Byron, besides a large number of friends. The funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at one o'clock at the Christian church at New Bedford with burial at Manilus.
