EARL J. BOUND

SERVICES TUESDAY FOR EARL J. BOUND

Prophetstown -- Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in Gardner Funeral Chapel for Earl J. Bound, 74, who died Saturday at his home at 308 Park Ave., Prophetstown. The Rev. Dean Lundstrom will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Mr. Bound was a retired farmer.

Earl J. Bound was born March 28, 1897, in Prophetstown Township, the son of Luther J. Bound and Elizabeth Beechel Bound. He received his education in the Prairie View School.

He married Evangeline McGrady, of Prophetstown, May 28, 1924.

Survivors include the widow; one son Richard, Prophetstown; one daughter, Mrs Kent (Ardith) Pobanz, Ballwin, Mo.; one sister, Mrs. Ida Hecht, Prophetstown; four grandchildren. He was preceded by one brother, Orson.

Friends may visit at the Gardner Chapel Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the Prophets Riverview Nursing Center.
