Mary Bostelman, formerly of Tampico and Sterling, Il. died Monday, February 19, 2007 at Pleasant View. She was born June 13, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Maxmillion and Bessie Kravchuk. She was united in marriage to William Bostelman on July 13, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois and he preceded her in death on August 20, 1975. She worked as a cook at Tampico High School and Self Help Enterprises for many years.

She is survived by one daughter, Dolores “Dee” Ford of Rock Falls, Illinois; one son William Arthur (Sandra) Bostelman of Hays, Kansas; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister and one brother.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 11:00 AM in Tampico Memorial Cemetery in Tampico with Rev. Linda Riesselman officiating. There will be no visitation. A MEMORIAL HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED IN HER MEMORY. The Garland Funeral Home in Tampico is in charge of arrangements.
