Lidge McNitt Buried At Ft. Dodge, Ia., Thursday
 
Lidge McNitt, a native of Sterling, passed away suddenly of a heart attack Monday morning at Fort Dodge, Ia.   His funeral, held on Tuesday, was attended by Mr. and Mrs. James Owens and Mrs. Charles McNitt of Sterling.
 
Mr. McNitt was born and reared in Sterling and was a brother of the late Charles McNitt who passed away 10 months ago.  He had been manager of the beauty salon in the Boston store at Fort Dodge for about 30 years. 
 
Surviving are the widow, the former Ada Adams of Sterling, and two sons, Keith of Hollywood, Calif., and Dick, who is stationed at Ft. sill Okla.
