Darrell R. Bound Dies In Auto Crash; Services Monday
 
Prophetstown: - Darrell Robert Bound, 23, died early this morning (Saturday) in an auto crash in Chilicothe.  Darrell was a passenger in the auto.
 
Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, Prophetstown, with the Rev. Paul Olson, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
 
Darrell was born May 8, 1947 in Morrison, the son of Orson and Barbara Peterson Bound.  He attended Centerville School, graduated from Prophetstown High School and Western Illinois University in June, 1970 with a BA degree.  He had just begun teaching English in Delavan.
 
He had been a resident of rural Prophetstown all of his life.  He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Barbara Bound, Prophetstown.  He was preceded by his father April 9, 1970.
 
Friends may call at the Gardner Funeral Chapel, Sunday evening.  Memorials may be directed to the United Methodist Church.
