MALCOLM  D.  KLOBES
 
Warren: - Malcolm D. Klobes, 72, of Warren, formerly of Prophetstown died in his home on Wednesday after an short illness.
 
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m in the Advent Christian Church in Prophetstown with Rev. James Jensen officiating. Burial will be in Leon Cemetery in Leon.  Visitation will be Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in the Bartell Funeral Home in Warren.
 
Mr. Klobes was born on Jan. 8, 1913 in Prophetstown, the son of Charles and Sadie Drain Klobes. He married Ruzie Twilley on March 28, 1948 in San Angelo, Texas.
 
Surviving are his wife of Warren;  two sons, Meryle Klobes of Freeport and Duane L. Klobes of Argyle, Wis.;  five grandchildren; one brother Ralph Klobes of San Angelo, Tex., and two sisters, Mrs. Lloyd (Ruth Nadie) Frank and his twin sister, Mrs. Dean (Violet Mae) Harris, both of Prophetstown.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents.
