CELEBRATED 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSAY

Mr. & Mrs. Casper Schwanmberger celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversay on Sunday, May 2. Six of eight children were present to make the day a happy one, they were Mrs. H. S. Kobbeman, Mrs. B E. McLaughlin, Mrs. Wm. Dawson and Louie, John and George Schwamberger. Two of the boys, William and Charles of Mankato, Minnesota, could not be present, but each of the children gave them a gift of gold. Mr. and Mrs. Schwamberger were married 50 years ago at Richland, LaSalle, Co., Illinois. both are in good health, neither has ever  been sick in bed, and they expect to live to celebrate their 75th anniversary. On Monday they left on their second hondeymoon to spend a couple of weeks with their daughter clara in Chicago.
