EXTENSION OF TAMPICO-HOOPPOLE R.R. INCORPORATED

Articles of incorporation were filed at the county recorder's office at Morrison recently by the Galesburg, Rockford and Northern Railroad company. The proposed construction for the road will be from Galesburg, Knox county, northerly and easterly through Henry, Bureau, Whiteside, Lee and Ogle counties to Rockford in Winnebago county. The business office will be established and maintained in Chicago. The company was incorporated June 25, 1917, to last fifty years. The board of directors is as follows:

E. L Toble, Monmouth, Ill.; Robert J. Kerr, Chicago; Samuel Kerr, Chicago; C. J. Mortimer, Chicago; L. A. Weyburn, Cjicago; William D. Kerr, Chicago; and E. M. Redant, Chicago.

The capital stock will be divided in to 2,000 shares of $100 each.
