Tampico Tornado, July 4, 1918

Glenn E. BROOKS who conducts a general store inYorktown has traded his vacant corner lot north of the BRUDDER hardware store and also his residence property and two lots to W. L. BROWN of this place for his store building and lot located at the old corners and occupied by C. H. COOLEY'S general store. Posession will be give August 1, at which time Mr. BROOKS will move into his n ew roperty and conduct a store there having made arrangements to buy out C. H. COOLEY'S stock. Mr. COOLEY will move into the BROOKS residence. The considerations on the deals were not given out. Mr. COOLEY is advertising his closing out sale this week.
