MRS. JAMES WELCH IS HONORED BY FRIENDS

Mrs. James WELCH of Deer Grove was honored with a farewell party in the home of Mrs. John McGUIRE recently. Games and stunts were enjoyed, the prize winners for which were Mrs. Kate O’NEIL and Jack BOND. After Mrs. WELCH had been preesented with gifts from all, a scramble lunch was served. Those present included Mr. and Mrs. James WELCH, Mrs. Mattie DIR, Mrs. Kate O”NEIL, Mrs. Minella WELCH, Mrs. Emma EGAN, Mrs. Emma KAISER, Mrs. Ella DAWSON, Mrs. Hattie DIXON, Mr. and Mrs. Mr. & Mrs. Jack BOND, Mary COONEY, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert SCHAUFF  and daughters Marilyn and Joyce and Mrs. Jessie SCHAUFF.

Mr. and Mrs. WELCH are leaving the Deer Grove vicinity soon for their new home in Rock Falls, and will be greatly missed by their many friends.
