I am looking for information on Charles (Carl) George Swinke.
He was born in Germany in 1865. Came to Tampico about 1900. He was married to Friedericke (Freda) Ott. I have their marriage certificate from Grand Island IL in 1889. Freda Swinke dies in Prophetstown on May 2, 1927. I can not find what happened to Carl.

I've corrected our Obit index for Mrs. Swinke's obituary as well. It had either been mistranscribed by the contributor, or it may have been misprinted in newspaper.
